Letters: Airport Parking
To the Editor: I read, with interest, your Practical Traveler column “No Room at the Lot and Late at the Gate” (Jan. 20), about the lack of parking at airports around the nation. One suggestion: Airports should consider offering valet parking at airports. Valet parking could ease anxiety among travelers and generate some additional revenue for airport operations.

Skijoring: Dog sledding without the sled
It's 1 degree below zero, a pale morning sky pitched over a barren field. A dozen dogs are yipping and twirling on a ski trail near a parking lot. I'm gearing up with the Midwest Skijorers Club for a session at Bunker Hills Regional Park here, where 12 kilometers (about 7 1/2 miles) of rolling trail has been set aside for the dog-powered sport of skijoring.
